When will my order ship and when will it arrive?
Shipping is free to the US, and your order will ship within 48 hours of placing your order via USPS or UPS. Orders shipped usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
What if I have special delivery requirements?
Please contact customer service if you have special delivery requirements.
Can I change my order once it has been submitted?
Please contact customer service, and if your order has not been shipped we can make a change to your order.
Does Soul Space ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship to the US at this time.
However, we do accept wholesale inquiries outside of the US.
How can I track my package?
After your package as shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 72 hours, please contact customer service.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I exchange or return an item?

How do I know if my return has been received?
When we have received your return, we will send you an email. If you have not received an email after 10 days, please contact customer service.
How long does it take to process my return/exchange?
Once we have received your product and issued a refund, you can expect a full return of your money in 5-7 business days.
If you have requested an exchange, we will send out your new item 24 hours from when we have received your exchange.
What if my item is defective or damaged?
If your item is defective or damaged, please contact customer service and we will exchange your item or give you a full refund.
Can I return something if it has been worn or I removed the tags?
No. Items must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
